Trueloader
Create a Trueloader instance and open it inside the console.
Trueloader is an application from Enterprise Platforms that runs as an instance in your account. You create and open instances in Enterprise PlatformsTrueloader.
Choose a prefix
- Open Enterprise PlatformsTrueloader.
- Pick a prefix in the Select Prefix list at the top.
The instances table appears with Super Id, Name, Region, Created At and Action. If you clear the prefix, you'll see "Please select prefix."
Create an instance
- Pick a prefix at the top of the screen, so the list can refresh afterwards.
- Click Create Instance.
- In Select Prefix, choose the prefix the instance belongs to. Use the same one as at the top of the screen.
- In Select Region, choose where the instance runs.
- Type a Name.
- Click Create.
The dialog is titled Modify Prefix and User Link. It is the right dialog for creating an instance.
You'll see "Successfully Created Instance", the dialog closes and the list reloads.
Check that the instance is in the list: the success message can appear even when the request was rejected, for example when no prefix or region was picked. If it isn't there, or you see "Unable to attach.", the instance wasn't created. Check the prefix, region and name, then try again. If it keeps failing, ask an administrator to check your role in this prefix (roles).
Connect to an instance
- Click ActionConnect on the instance.
The page reloads and Trueloader opens inside the console. Your browser keeps the connection for up to 30 days, so the next time it opens faster. To leave Trueloader, pick another item in the sidebar.
Troubleshooting
- "Unable to connect...", or Trueloader opens as an empty page. The instance couldn't be reached. The page reloads anyway, so the message may only flash. Wait a minute, open Enterprise PlatformsTrueloader again and click ActionConnect. If it keeps failing, contact support.
- My new instance isn't in the list. It was created under a different prefix. Switch the prefix at the top.
