This Privacy Policy explains how Dot Corp ("Superclouds", "we", "us") collects, uses and shares personal information when you visit https://superclouds.ooo, create an account, or use the Superclouds console, APIs and cloud services (the "Services").
1. Information we collect
Account information: your name, email address, phone number, organization, and a protected form of your password when you register; invitation or referral details when you join through an invitation.
Billing information: billing contact details and transaction history. Card details are collected and stored by our payment processor (Stripe); we do not store full card numbers.
Usage and technical information: resources you create and their configuration, event logs of actions taken in the console, API requests, IP addresses, browser and device information, and timestamps. We use this to operate, secure and bill for the Services.
Support and communications: what you send us through support requests, sales enquiries or email.
Customer Content: data you store or process using the Services. We handle Customer Content only on your instructions, as described below; this policy's marketing and analytics uses do not apply to it.
2. Cookies and similar technologies
We use a strictly necessary, HTTP-only session cookie to keep you signed in, and your browser's local storage to remember console preferences such as your selected organization, theme and layout. These are required for the Services to work.
On our website and console we also use Google Tag Manager / Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity to understand how pages are used and to improve them. These tools may set their own cookies. You can block them with your browser settings or an analytics blocker without affecting the Services.
3. How we use information
To create and secure your account (including one-time-passcode verification at sign-in); to provide, maintain and improve the Services; to calculate usage, bill and collect payment; to respond to support requests; to send service, security and billing notices; to detect and prevent fraud, abuse and security incidents; and to comply with legal obligations. With your consent, or where the law allows, we may send you product updates. You can opt out at any time.
4. Customer Content
We access Customer Content only to provide the Services you request, to provide support you ask for, to protect the security and integrity of the platform, or when required by law. We do not sell Customer Content or use it to train AI models for other customers.
5. AI assistant
When you ask SuperSense AI a question, the question and the information needed to answer it (limited to your own user and organization) are processed by our AI service to produce a response. Proposed actions only run when you confirm them.
6. How we share information
We do not sell personal information. We share it only with: service providers that help us run the Services (such as payment processing, email delivery, hosting and analytics), under contracts that limit their use of it; other users in your organization, as your organization's settings allow; professional advisers; authorities when required by law or to protect rights and safety; and a successor in a merger or acquisition, subject to this policy.
7. Retention
We keep account and billing information while your account is active and afterwards as long as needed for legal, tax and accounting purposes. Logs are kept for a limited period for security and troubleshooting. Customer Content is deleted after account closure as described in the Terms of Service.
8. Security
We protect information with measures appropriate to the risk, including tenant network isolation, encrypted session tokens, one-time-passcode sign-in verification, role- and prefix-based access controls, and audit logging. No system is perfectly secure; please use strong, unique passwords and protect your credentials.
9. Your rights and choices
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent. You can update most account details in the console. To make a request, contact us by email at privacy@superclouds.ooo. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights. If you are in the EU, UK or a similar jurisdiction, you may also complain to your data protection authority.
10. International transfers
We and our service providers may process information in countries other than yours. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for those transfers. You choose the region where your machines and data reside.
11. Children
The Services are intended for businesses and are not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. We will post the new version here with a new effective date and, for material changes, notify you by email or in the console.
13. Contact
