Welcome to Superclouds. This page takes you from no account to an open console in a few minutes. When you're in, carry on with Set up your account.

Create an account

  1. Go to the Superclouds website and click Create account at the top of the page or in the footer. From the sign-in screen, click Create an account at the top or Create one under the form.
  2. Fill in the form (details below).
  3. Click Create account, or press Enter.

By creating an account you agree to the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy linked under the form.

Type the same password twice

Make sure Password and Confirm password match exactly before you click Create account.

A green message confirms your request, and after 5 seconds the browser takes you to the sign-in screen. If you see "unable to process request, please try again!", check the fields and try again.

Sign-up closed?

If the screen says "Self-service sign-up is currently closed. Contact us and we will set up your account.", click Contact us and we'll create the account for you.

Free trial

On some platforms the sign-in screen also offers Start a free trial. Enter your name, work email and phone, then click Request my free trial. There is no password to choose here: we set up the trial account and get back to you. If the screen says "Free trials are not available right now.", create a regular account instead.

  1. On the Superclouds website, click Sign in (or Sign in to console).
  2. Enter your Email address and Password.
  3. Click Sign in, or press Enter.
  4. If the console asks for a passcode, enter it (see below).
  5. Under Choose an organization, click the organization you want to work in.

The console opens on the dashboard. If you see "Invalid username and password", check your email and password, or reset your password.

One-time passcode

Sometimes the console asks you to confirm it's you. The screen changes to Verify it's you and we send a one-time passcode to your email.

  1. Open the email and copy the passcode.
  2. Type it in One-time passcode.
  3. Click Verify and continue.
  • No email? Check your spam folder, then click Resend code for a new one.
  • "Invalid OTP!" The code was mistyped or replaced by a newer one. Use the code from the latest email.
  • To start again with a different email, click Back to sign in.

Choose an organization

After your password (and passcode, if asked) is accepted, the screen says Almost there and lists every organization you belong to. Click one to open it. You need to click it even if you only have one.

To switch to another organization later, sign out and sign in again, then pick the other one.

Forgot your password

  1. On the sign-in screen, click Forgot password? (or Reset password in the website footer).
  2. Enter your Email address and click Send reset link.
  3. Open the email we send you and click the link.
  4. Enter your New password twice, in New password and Confirm new password.
  5. Click Update password.

After 5 seconds you're back on the sign-in screen: sign in with the new password. If the link fails with "unable to process request, please try again!", ask for a new one.

To change your password while you're signed in, use Settings instead: see Change your password.

Invite a colleague

If someone sent you an invitation link to Superclouds, it may open the Invite a colleague screen. Enter your colleague's email and your name, then click Send invitation.

To add someone to your organization so they can work with you in the console, use Organization SettingsSuper Users instead. See Users and roles.
