Invoices

Find your invoices, see what each one charges for, download the PDF and pay an open invoice.

Every invoice Superclouds issues to your account is listed in BillingInvoices. From there you can download it, see the cost breakdown and pay it if it is still open.

Find an invoice

  1. Open BillingInvoices.
  2. Type in Search to find an invoice, or move through the pages at the bottom. Use the entries list at the top to show more rows per page.

See what an invoice is for

  1. Click Details on the invoice's row.

The Cost Details dialog opens. At the top you'll see the Service Name, its Super Id (the ID of the service you were billed for) and the Total Cost.

Below is one section per item billed, headed "Name: ... | Unit: ...". Click a section to see its Tier, Service Metric and the three parts of its cost:

CostWhat it covers
Run CostTime the service was running.
Idle CostTime the service was stopped or idle.
Standard CostThe fixed part of the price.

The same breakdown, for charges that haven't been invoiced yet, is in Live costs.

From the dialog you can also click Download, or Pay if the invoice isn't paid. Click Close when you're done.

Download an invoice

  1. Click Download on the invoice's row, or in the Cost Details dialog.

The PDF opens in a new browser tab. Save or print it from there. If the new tab doesn't show a PDF, the PDF isn't available yet; try again later.

Pay an invoice

  1. Click Pay on the invoice's row, or in the Cost Details dialog. Check the status first: don't pay a void invoice.
  2. In the new tab, the payment provider's invoice page opens. Pay with one of the methods it offers and complete any OTP or approval your bank asks for.
  3. Come back to the console and reload BillingInvoices.

The status changes to paid once the payment is confirmed. The list does not refresh by itself, so reload the page to see it. If it still shows open after a few minutes, check with your bank before paying again.

Pay on time

An overdue invoice can lead to suspension. Pay before the Due Date, and keep a working default payment method. See If a payment fails.

Think a charge is wrong?

Tell us before the payment due date. Corrections are issued as credits on your account. See the Terms of Service.
